Frequently Asked Questions
No. We provide a secure padlock for a refundable £25 deposit. Customers must use the padlock provided and should not fit their own, as we may need to access the unit in accordance with the hire agreement if payments become overdue. The deposit is refunded once the hire ends, provided the key is returned and the unit is completely empty.
Yes, your goods must be insured. This may already be covered under your home insurance policy.
